Nocturnal Vomit was spawned in the dark pestilential year of 1999 in Melbourne (Australia) by Heretic maniac Isaak Insulter. Together joined Chris Decimator, vocalist of EXCARNATED, on guitar. The main purpose to create ultra heavy Death Metal with the real meaning and having the Ancient feeling…while the underground cult had/has reached to the most weak point of being infested by many posers and wimps…
The same year the band started to rehearse as a duo at some Death-noise tunes, but after a few rehearsals everything was put on “ice” for almost 2 years.

In September 2001, Glenn from Destruktor invites us for a weekend in Bendigo (1 ½ hour away from Melbourne) to stay over his house. So the next day, together with Regan (Bassist of Destruktor) we went to the DESTRUKTORS rehearsal room in the woods and started to jam on some trax. In less than 5 hours we came up with 5 trax and doing some Beherit, Sarcofago covers, everything was done on the spot and instantly. So, our “Barbaric torture squad” reh demo was recorded. Pure mayhemic chaos and noise… We shall never forget that day.

A month later, in October 2001, just a week before Isaak Insulter moved back to Greece, together with Chris Decimator on guitar and George DARKFIEND of RANDOM VIOLENCE/CRUCIFIRE on vocals, entered the studio in Melbourne to record 3 trax. In 7 hours again, everything was done on the spot, so the “Eternal age of malevolence” reh demo was recorded. Still very heavy, raw, primitive and chaotic…

The band was located in early November 2001 in Greece ‘coz Isaak Insulter had moved. After asking 2 old friends and devoted maniacs to join and help out the band , they agreed to fulfill their Morbid desires. They were Kolozis P.K. on Bass/Vomits and Kleanthis NECROFIEND on guitar. In early 2002 the band started to rehearse often and spread the name in the underground. Indeed the band started to build a strong potential.

In july 2002, Guitarist Kleanthis Necrofiend decides to leave the band and form HEPTAMERON, the reason was just lack of time and to do something more on his own way. The support remains endless to this day. So Snake B. joins to replace the Empty spot and the band starts rehearsing on three trax which Kleanthis NECROFIEND originally wrote and 2 newer ones.

In early March 2003 the debut studio demo “Infernal Ascension of the gods” gets released. 5 trax and intro of pure black/Death Metal!!! This demo had spread 800 copies and gave a good impact and response to all underground maniacs, bands, labels, distros and zines…

In early 2004, Thomas Deceiver (Vomit) from IMPERIAL HORDES joins the band as second guitarist, so in june 2004 the 2nd demo “Death will not be swift” gets recorded, but gets released after a year of delay by the Thai label SLAVA PROD. On pro-tape in 500 copies.
Just after the recording of our 2nd demo, Snake B. leaves the band for family obligations, so an old friend, Chris DOUGLAS, joins the band as 2nd guitarist. With this lineup the band eventually became more heavy and darker.

In early 2005 the band records 3 trax+ intro and spreads a promo tape “evil conspiracy” to bands, friends and labels to get a deal. This resulted to the deal with Italian label TERROR FROM HELL REX, so after 1 ½ year the 7” EP “Arts of Tenebrous Superstition” is released in 700 copies, which includes intro and 2 tracks from the promo tape.
MAGGOT records from Italy has planned Now in late august 2006 to release a 3-way split 7” (HEPTAMERON, EMBRACE OF Thorns, N. VOMIT) in a limited edition of 300 copies. In early 2006 RAWBLACKCULT Prod. from Bolivia re-released on pro tape both demos and 2 rehearsal demos from 2001 in 666 copies.

The band had recorded 2 trax, intro and outro in July 2005, for a 7” EP to be later released by the mighty somber rex. from Germany. In March 2006, bad luck stroke to Marcel Spaller as he passed away. A True Comrade is lost and all hope for the release went Down there…

Until Morbid Moon recs. from Canada offered to release this material as a split 7” EP w/ BESTIAL RAIDS from Poland. So we expect to release it around September 2006 in 500 copies (without intro and outro).
Darkness it shall be in Eternity and keep the extremity in your veins…
